Project information

Client: GS Engineering & Construction Corp

Project Date: January 2012

Site Location: Seoul, South Korea

Project Status: Concept Design

Our proposal allows uninhibited access onto the roofs of all perimeter blocks, for residentsand neighbours to enjoy. We have also found space for 165 trees across the site.We believe that the exterior of the building (and indeed the spaces created in betweenbuildings) has to form part of the resident's experience; not just the interior. Assuming 1700 future inhabitants with a maximum occupation of the area, the design includes local sports facilities such as badminton courts, and club house facilities.
