• Maintains a healthy air quality

 

4. Large south facing sun spaces with high performance winidows

• Allows large windows to be used without heat loss

• Brings sunlight into living spaces

• Allows the sun to provide up to 30% of the space heating requriement

 

5. Clear upgrade path to a full ZED

• Avoids future fuel proverty by opting out of the fossil fuel economy

• Allows the building to not contribute to global warming
